To begin with, we would like to say that we are very sorry for the inconvenience that the Covid-19 crisis have caused to you and your people. 

 

Our guiding principle has always been to cater and care for our guests as we do for our own family. We are in this together. 

We are happy to note that currently, things are nice and safe in Halkidiki without any virus incidents and we hope that it will stay this way.

 

 

TRAVEL WITH FLEXIBILITY

 

 

Fully committed to offering safe holidays to our guests, we wish to provide you with increased Flexibility for your Reservation, so that you are able to plan in advance your trip, without any stress and travel with confidence. Any deposit paid for a Villa Reservation at W Villas by a Guest who faces restrictions to travel, will not be charged as Cancellation Fees, and the Guest may use this deposit to change his dates or for any future Reservation. 

Thus, you can feel confident that any Payment you make, will not be lost.

For Confirmed Reservations

If you are facing restrictions to Travel, because of the Covid-19 Crisis, you are able to:

-Postpone your Arrival for this Season

You can Change the Dates of your Reservation and postpone your Arrival for this season. You can inform us about your new dates until 31/5/20. If you need a Date Suggestion do not hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to help you find the best option.

​

-You can Move your Exact Same Dates for Season 2021, at no extra cost.

You can now Move your Entire Reservation, for the exact same dates next year, at no extra cost. All policies, amenities and what is included in your Reservation, remain the same. You will receive a New Booking Confirmation, with your updated Reservation Details.

-You can Cancel your Reservation and Receive a Credit Voucher.

In case you think that you might not be able to have new dates in mind at the moment, you can now Cancel your Reservation for this season. The deposit paid will not be charged as Cancellation Fees and it can be used as Credit to Book New Dates. Your Credit Voucher gives you a very wide time-frame to plan your new vacation, as it is valid until June 2022. Any remaining Balance of your reservation, which is not paid yet, will not be charged.

We  provide you with increased Flexibility for your New Reservation, so that you can travel with confidence and care. Any deposit paid for a Villa Reservation at W Villas by a Guest who faces restrictions to travel, will not be charged as Cancellation Fees, and the Guest may use this deposit to change his dates or for any future Reservation. 

Thus, you can feel confident that any Payment you make, will not be lost.

We have an updated Cancellation and Payment Policy for Season 2020. Also, you can contact us about a Personal Flexible Payment Plan.

TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE AND CARE

 

In addition to you enjoying your stay, the safety and wellness of our people and of our valuable guests is our main concern and our priority. 

​

We will always provide our guests and colleagues with safe and clean environments. We have planned for additional cleaning personnel this season and for extra protective measures, additional sanitizers, cleaning and related equipment in all Villas and in all common areas. 

We have planned for emergency actions, briefings, information sheets and doctor access.

Special attention has also been placed to sanitize public contact points such as elevator buttons, reception counters and all facilities, prior to opening and on-wards.

In these situations private Villas and estates are the safest holiday options and we strive to make it even more.

Arriving this summer?

We are pleased to inform you that this season W Villas will be even more private, creating a very safe environment with care, in which we will all feel very comfortable and confident to enjoy the summer sun and the revitalizing sea water.  

For our Guests we have provided for: Private and Contact-less Check-in & Check-out, Private Outdoor Areas for every Villa,  an Exclusive Service for our Guests only for Meal Orders and delivery directly to your Villa from one of the best restaurants in Pefkochori.

Our reconstructed, wider and bigger Private Beach, is strictly accessible only to our Guests, with Private Sunbeds and designated Beach Space for each Villa, for your exclusive use.

Also, all Bar Orders can be handled remotely and be delivered to your Villa.

We will always provide for you your second, safe home for your vacation.

We will wait and we will continue to monitor, assess and act on the information and guidelines available, steadfast in our commitment to provide our valuable guests, partners and employees with the utmost level of safety and care, so that when you do travel, you can travel with confidence, trust and only positive vibes.

For Meals, you can place your Orders regularly and as usual to our cooperating Restaurant.
