VILLA OVERVIEW & LAYOUT

 

 

The New W Villas with Private Pool are located in the new W Complex, the construction of which finished on July 2017. The distance to the Beach is between 200 m, and the Guests can access it directly through our property and find their private sunbeds and umbrellas located there.

 

Each Villa has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc.  Ground Floor: 

-Fully Equipped Kitchen (with all electrical appliances, kitchenware, and kitchenette). -Breakfast Stand with seating. 

-Indoor living room with Flat Sat. TV.

-Bedroom with Large Double Bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

This Bedroom was created to be accessible, in order to be used by individuals who are not comfortable with using stairs daily or have a mobility issue or a Disability. It has a Large Double Bed and a Private spacious en-suite bathroom, suitable for use for Individuals with Disability.

 

First Floor: 

-Bedroom with Large Double Bed.

-Main Bathroom.

-Bedroom with new Loft Design and one or two single beds upon request. 

 

Exterior:

-The Villa has a large Private Outdoor space, with a Private patio and a Private Pool.

-There is a big outdoor dining area with a dining table, dining couch, and armchairs.

-Private sunbeds, umbrellas, coffee tables and lounge furniture next to the Private Pool. 

-Private Barbeque.

-Private Parking Slots for Safe Parking.

 

All rooms are Air-Conditioned and fully equipped with new Bed Sheets & Linen, Pillows, Covers, and Towels.
