Rent a Villa in W Villas Complex:
W Villas Property of total 12 acres consists of 2 connected complexes: The Beachfront Complex and The New Complex with Villas with Private Pools.
All Villas are located within 10-200 meters from the Beach and all the guests enjoy private sunbeds and umbrellas pre-reserved for each Villa.
Each Villa Type with the description "Beach" is located in our Beachfront Complex, which has direct access to our private beach. Each Villa with "Private Pool" is located in our New Complex, 150-200 meters from the beach, which can be accessed through the Beach Complex.
In our premises, our Guests can find a Tennis Court, equipped with professional tennis carpet, a Leisure Room equipped with a Billiard, a Library, Table Games and Games for Kids, a Ping Pong Table and our Central Garden Pool, which they can use Freely, as parts of their Rented Villas.
Furthermore, for your the best possible relaxing experience, a Private Beach Bar Business, can be found on the Beachside for beach & pool orders, as well as private deliveries at the Villas.
Our Tenants can also explore the Watersports & Diving Station of our associates and our New Ocean Conservation Room, or join our daily Environmental Awareness Actions.
W Villas provide Villas of High Standards for Lease-Rent and do not operate as a Hotel or Resort. Highly qualified external partners are available to provide you with many services.
